Eek! It’s 2004 already! The last of my X-mas presents is coming tomorrow!(We weren’t home when UPS tried to deliver yesterday, and they don’t deliver on New Year’s Day) I had my first babysitting job last night! I was with one of my friends. (The baby was her 1-yr old neice) It was so much fun! Babies are so easy to entertain. She is fascinated by doors and loves opening and closing them. After the baby was asleep, we watched the Fellowship of the Ring (so what if I saw it only 5 days ago!) and I worked on my Magic Stripes sock. My friend crochets, so she was making a granny square blanket. My neighbors have a baby, so I hope I can babysit for them. I gave them their baby blanket the day after Christmas and we talked to them for awhile; they seem really nice.
