I finished the back of Butterfly weeks ago; I have no idea why I didn’t post about it then. I started a front, too, but I stopped working on it because it seemed really small and I didn’t feel like figuring anything out at the time.
Everything’s bigger in Texas…
This is a thistle I found a few weeks ago and dragged up to the house- it’s taller than I am.

I went to the Woolie Ewe yesterday and bought yarn and a pattern for a little bag. The pattern was extremely vague on yarn requirements, so I wasn’t sure if I would have enough or too much, but I’ve finished about half of the bag and about a little less than half the yarn, so I think I bought the perfect number of skeins.

Sorry I went so long without blogging; I don’t know what got into me! Well, I suppose I do know what’s gotten into me, considering that I’m in a play, started piano, am finshing up drive times for driver’s ed, and started volunteering at the retirement community, plus the fact that it’s summer so I spend a lot of time walking outside or going out with friends. Still- I’ll try to be a better blogger.
